About Armature
Armature studies how coding agents discover and use developer products. Its discoverability service runs realistic coding tasks and works on documentation, SDKs, and content, while its self-serve usability tools provide MCP session analytics and evaluations. These are distinct offerings: the analytics entry tier has usage credits, while hands-on discoverability work is a paid service. For a builder selling an API or developer tool, begin with a realistic installation and first-use task. Look for missing instructions, confusing errors, and permission problems. Improving that experience can help real users as well as agents; agent selection and successful customer adoption still need separate measurement. Armature participated in YC Spring 2026.
