Kivio is for Shopify stores, and the agencies that run their email, who send with Klaviyo. The problem: every click in a marketing email sends the customer to a website, and most of them drop off on the way. Kivio puts the action inside the email. Customers can rate a product and write a review, answer a product quiz, browse and shop products, or add to, swap, skip and delay their next Recharge subscription order, all without leaving Gmail or Yahoo. Other inboxes get a normal email that links to a hosted version, so nobody sees a broken email. How it works: you build the email in a drag-and-drop editor, choosing from 20+ interactive blocks (reviews, upsells, abandoned cart, NPS, coupon reveal and more). Product data comes from your Shopify store, and Kivio pushes the finished template to Klaviyo. Klaviyo still sends the email, so your lists and flows stay where they are. Kivio then shows block-level results Klaviyo can't see, such as reviews collected, quiz answers and revenue from in-email actions. What makes it useful: interactive email (AMP) normally needs developers plus separate sender approval from Google and Yahoo. We handle that setup for every store and build the first interactive email with you. Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on the number of Klaviyo profiles, from $89 a month, with no charge per email and no percentage of sales.
