About Keystead Vault

Keystead Vault is one organized place for everything a small business runs on: entity and tax records, filing deadlines, insurance policies, key contacts, service providers, documents, and where each login is kept. It's built for US small-business owners, including side hustlers with an LLC, and the CPAs, bookkeepers and advisors who serve them. The problem: the details that keep a business in good standing live in a dozen places. Annual reports, quarterly estimated taxes, sales tax filings and insurance renewals slip by, and if the owner is ever out of the picture, nobody else knows where anything is. What makes it useful: - Email reminders before every filing deadline, plus your own recurring tasks. - Upload last year's tax return to pre-fill your business details; you review everything before it's saved. - Where Logins Live records where each login is kept (a password manager, a safe, your CPA). It never stores passwords. - Share a vault with your CPA or advisor, view-only or with edit access. - Successor instructions and a printable Successor Handoff Card, so whoever steps in knows what to do first. Pricing: $100 a year per business (capped at $300 for three or more), with a 14-day free trial and no card required. Personal taxes are included free with a business, and invited advisors and successors never pay.
